i don't have alot of money but i'd like to squeeze some extra hp outta my SLE, any thoughts of cost effective mods with a noticable difference in power, that doesn't drastically effect gas milage, (I drive 100 miles a day back and forth to work)

and are high flow air flilters (like K&N) really worth the $50 or so

and can you make any performance changes with the Tech II

I'd vote for a CAI over just a panel filter. Do a search on "rice pipe."
