I think i can get one from this junk yard (no way to test it) for $35. That might be worth it? I'm looking for a way to make us play at the GTP level. They use a ls1 maf so I want to. It'* like the older brother syndrome, except we are older.

For $35, i think it would be woth a shot for a 58 mm or lower one.
The one on ebay is 90mm in 95 out that is jyhugic. not too sure if it'* worth it.
I totally understand the older brother thing, it'* like me (L36) and ssei'* L67

even less. These are only 3". our TB is 3.5" (mine is on SC). is yours 3.5"?
You may not be SC but at least you can get your computer tuned. I'm screwed. And you can use a hefty shot of the bottle.

Well the inlet is somewhat close to 3.5" but the plate is on 70 mm of you right? i've got a 69mm plate. Now that you've got me thinking about the inlet, the 85 shoudl be good with CAI tubing. But that 90/95mm is probably too big.
Why can't you get your computer tuned? you have a removeable mem-cal just like me.

the only lead i have is gmtuners.com and even then i'm not sure. I have called everybody. and i mean everybody, jet, hypertech, superchips, pcmpros, some place in canada, and so on . Everyone tells me that because i'm technically between obd1 and 2 and because of my SC they won't touch it. even the local programmer that dose all the buick gs crowd told me i would be better off buying a stand alone engine managment system. GMtuners.com looks like they will do my chip, but I don't know anyone who has used them.
Intense uses escalade MAFs in there big power cars.

I'm using gmtuners right now. I'm in the process of making my chip. I have gone through three versions by now and i'm VERY close now. Probably could have got it done 1st try with dyno data. I'm only giving him scan tool data as of now.
If you will out the info form his site by dynoing your car and send it to him he should be able to help you out.
If there'* one good thing that i noticed so far about them, it'* they won't stop till your satisfied.
