I didn’t want to say anything due to me being the one selling the drop springs but the units " coil adjusters" you used could eventually break coils. I still think they are fun and help to give you an idea of how low you want to go.

I am also working on custom struts that are cheaper.

Will the custom struts last longer when someone lowers a car. I heard when you put lowering springs on it will decrease the life of your struts by half. Is this correct. :(

I am going to put some coil adjusters on my car soon. The most that can happen is that they do break the coils so I will have an excuse for my wife to buy the lowering coils.

It takes a long time to break the springs but it has been known to happen. As for the struts they will be 2" lower and re-valved for performance.

OK I will have to agree with buzzbomber88le I put the coil adjusters on my 96' today and they were horrible. The only lowered my 96' by about 1/2 to 3/4 so I didn't get quite the effect I wanted anyway. The main problem is on the 96' the bolts rubbed against the other coils so any time I hit a bump or even took a corner hard they would knock. They did make the ride stiffer but it is not worth all the noise. It took me probably 1 1/2 to put them on and I didn't even have them on for 30min. AGAIN DON"T USE THE COIL ADJUSTERS.
