Default looking for some help in seattle

I would like to put on a new pulley. I dont have a puller. anyone near seattle and would like to help? Thank you.

P.*. I know everyone says get a pulley puller. But I have a very nice 4 arm gear puller that I cant imagine not doing the job. maybe I underestomate thow pressed on it is. You thoughts? And what do I need for tools to put the new pulley on?

What happens is the outter ring of the pulley will rip off. It'* an ugly sight, you really want the proper puller.
