How many of you are willing to do the same?

i have a much easier way . why doesn't someone here make up a decal , scan it , post it here , and then we could all copy it and take it to a shop and have it done . and there should be a specific size . in my opinion , this would be a faster easier way , and we wouldn't have to worry about shipping or anything , everybody happy

what do y'all think?

The problem with this is that a lot of places charge a initial setup to make a custom decal. And when you figure that the info I got the decal could be less than $3.00 including shipping it would be well worth the money. You could spend $3.00 in gas going to a shop to have a decal made. Plus when you buy items in bulk you get things a lot cheeper. The quote I have is for a 4" X 4" decal that will run about 100 = $1.44 ea or
150 = $1.14 ea. You can see that even if we went up to 150 decals we would save $.30 on each decal.

I will also put some money forward as I have said before. I can put about $30 up without hearing about it from my wife.

I am contacting the vendors again about the decals. This is the info have asked for.

Quotes on both 4"x4" and 5"x5" on clear in qtys of 50, 100, 150. I will probably be Monday the 9th before I have any info back though.

The info I have from before is the following.

100 = $1.44 ea
150 = $1.14 ea

add 4.95 to ship the lot. There would be a $30 one-time artwork setup fee.

Well for people to send nominations.....we also need those of you who are willing to take this responsibility post and let everyone know, and i also believe there should be some sort of length of time being member rule. just so we dont THINK a person could be trusted and then he/she turn around and take all of our money and then start up another user name just a thought.

So Whos up for it?

I've received a grand total of 3 nominations. I'll now open it up to those who are interested. If you are, PM me.

The other Admins and Mods will then vote (offline) to determine who gets it. Does this sound fair, or would a public poll work better?

No, keep it private. Less complications that way.
