I've only ever heard this done to cheap rusted civics.... my advise to you would be to save your money and put some real mods into your car. Doesn't waste your time/money with cheap ghetto stuff that'* probably only going to ruin something.

Better yet, tie the cord to the parking brake and whenever you push it to release, the motor kicks in and you go flying down the road

Just flip it around: mount the leaf blower at your tailpipe sucking the exhaust out of the car. This way you can make money clearing leaves for the neighbors while you drive. Might also work good as a mosquito fogger.
