It will fit. I'm sure he doesn't care where the hell you put your PCM. All he'* doing is covering his butt. But, I'm sure the pipe will fit on the TB...

Get a K&N filter. Best reviewed filter reviews here for our cars and its got one heck of a sound. Also you have have to get the extender. Just splice the wires and extend it with any wire you have laying around, but I did it once and won't do it again.
