Yes that car was evil. Definetly a corvette killer. Serious HP, and even crazier Torque. it may cost $10k more then yours, but it has Much more room for power. I sure hope kyle can post those vids of it.

I think thats taking it a step too far. While the GTP is spinning tire, a Vette is an 1/8th down the track and a hell of a lot more reliable.

WOW....OR NOT. A ZO6 runs 12.4'* at BEST stock, and that is the fastest Corvette EVER made. Most of the older corvettes on the road run low 14'*, and the new C5'* only run low-mid 13'*, whereas this GTP is running 11'*, and assuming it was built properly is just as reliable....to me that GTP=Corvette killer.

yea...the guys we talked to were hoping for a 11.6
when we were at quik trip there was a red c5 convert.
i wanted them to race...

Either way they are both nice cars. Would definently like to own them.

think about all the $$$ they put into that. If it was a vette that they started with think about how much faster it would be.

Yea for another $5k they couldve had one of the better Lingenfelter packages for the motor. Now that would be some power for a 'Vette

I told this guy at my work about how I went to the track last week, He asked what I got, actually he wanted to guess, So I let him and he'* guessing high 15'*. I told him a 14.76, he was quite suprised. He says" My vette (94) ran a 14.2 two weeks ago and my 96 monte carlo runs 16.2." This guy talks about how cool his vette is all the time and it drives me nuts.

You shouldve of told high him he was right. So that way when you do race the look on his face of disbeleif will be so satisfying. And hell spend some time figuring out what the hell just happened.
