Okay, I got my car back. I had the Magnaflow muffler installed. I have a resonator already so I didn't put in a Cherrybomb or anything similar.

Well, I may not need to. I have NO RASP or FART noise at ALL!! I kind of wish it was LOUDER!! I don't know what it sounds like from outside when it'* accelerating, but it does seem deeper than stock, but from inside the car it really sounds stock. I'm guessing if I had any rasp I'd notice from inside, so I must not have any.

Do you think maybe it would sound better from outside? I'll get my bro to drive it down the street to see what it sounds like from outside, but so far I wish it was louder! Anything I could do to make it louder!? I want some more grumble from it or something!

Take off the resonator...and install a high flow cat...

I guarantee you won't have rice sounds. The 89 that i have has no res, and the high flow cat with Magnaflow muffler really helps enhance the grumble. Even the tip helps a little bit, I did my cat first, and it was quite noticeable, then the new pipe and muffler made all the difference in the world. You'll hear it next week
