Remove kickpanel above front passenger'* feet
Remove 3 harnesses from silver box
Remove clip held on by one nut
Pull silver box out at just the right angle
Remove plate with two torx screws
Remove EPROM
Place EPROM into Jet chip
Reinstall everything in reverse order.
Oh, is there a thermostat you need to put in?

This whole process shouldn't really take more than a 1/2 hour or so.
Removal:
-Drop passenger side kick panel
-Locate PCM (Three big harnesses, red white and blue in colors)
-Go unhook the battery
-Find the two white tabs on the bottom of the PCM and push them forward while pulling and wiggling the PCM.
-PCM should come out.
-Unplug Red, White, and Blue harness'.
-Locate removable plate on top of PCM.
-Remove the plate.
-Remove the EPROM chip.
Installation:
-Replace the Chip with the JET chip.
-Install cover
-Plug in PCM
-Push it back where you got it from.
-Reinstall Kick panel.
-Hook up Battery.
-Have fun.

Do not REPLACE the eprom with the JET, unless something has changed since I bought mine. It is very likely a 'piggyback' unit that your eprom plugs into. In other words, my Jet Stage 2 chip is plugged into my eprom socket, and my eprom is plugged into the JET.
You need to do an intake, exhaust and 180° thermostat for the Stage 2 chip to be effective and not cause you problems.
Don't expect to feel much of a difference. The JET doesn't add power. It ENABLES the other mods to add power.

i just took the kick plate off on the passenger side like you guys said (i'm just trying to take a look at things before i actually get the chip) but i can't seem to locate the red white and blue harness' let alone the PCM (i don't know what it looks like other than silver in color) it looks like to me that there are a couple items that are all silver but i still can't locate the specific harness' .... once again any help is appriciated

There are no red white and blue harnesses on a 93. That was incorrect info posted.
You need the silver box with the green connectors. You'll have to remove one 10mm bolt retaining it, and then wiggle it out.
The Jet will not reduce KR. It may make it worse. You need to carefully inspect your exhaust manifolds for cracks and check your fuel pressure. What pulley do you currently have on your SC?
