Believe it or not, the idle seems a tad smoother with the 1.8'*. It is so very tame until you press the loud pedal. I really like the combo a lot. It is not the lopey aggressiveness of the s3 or s4 cam but the power is definately there. I plan on dynoing it within the next few weeks (or maybe at IDDVII)
