No.

Most aftermarket heads are clearanced for .600 lift. Stock heads are clearanced for about .524-.526

Stage 1X N/A cam has a .327 lobe lift.

lobe lift x rocker ratio = valve lift

.327 x 1.9 = .621

Cant be done....................

But on another note. you can get the 1.9s and get a cam made so that you stay at .525ish lift.

Its a simlar trick that we do with our COMP ELIM. engines. It accelerates tha valve open faster

you CAN do a cam and rockers....not 1.9'* tho

you could do a S1x and 1.8 Rockers BUT youd need Stage 3 heads......(Todd Runs this setup)

What kind of #'* is this setup capable of? Im talking HP & 1/4 mile.

My car was dyno'd at 373 wheel (about 465 crank) and has run 12.1 in the 1/4 @ 114 with traction issues.

So, would it be beneficial to run a custom grind cam with 1.9s as opposed to a stage 3 cam?
