intake thoughts
so while justin and i were doing the plugs, wires, and throttle body, i noticed that my intake hole inlet is prolly no bigger than 2"x4" and i was shocked! im thinking taking a drill and bore out a huge hole and bevel the edges so no plastic hits the throttle body screen. UNLESS if it'* possible to get a w-body intake, use my filter since its still good and trade off my hose and box, that is if it even deserves to be called a box. i saw justins and i was very impressed by how it is but its not a kn. im not going to do anything quite yet cause money is still a situation. just throwing thoughts around to be prepared.

no your box was way bigger. plus im sure you bored the inside hole of the box out to get more air into the engine. i hope i can trade the hose and box instead of pay out the *** for it.

as far as im concerned, i trust you and bill cause you both are the most local and both can show me how things are done. as for the airbox its not technically a plug and play if i have to fab/find a place to mount the coolant bottle. i have yet to look that up.

Ahh you need also is a 99+ coolant bottle. Then you can plug and play. Because that bottle mounts right on the passenger side strut tower.

that won't give you the cold air affect. You need the air system to be closed off from the engine bay. what ever volume of air you would be getting would be warm air.
