I agree with the above other than the intake (full CAI) should be done first to benefit, and the exhaust should be done to battle KR. He'll still probably get some KR on a hot day. I'm beginning to think a 2.3" is a safer bet than a 2.2" on the 92/93. It depends on the car, and should be scanned before and after the pulley. Where does he live?

i live in St. Louis..... yup hot and humid in the summer and cold as balls in the winter... i will probibly just make a intake and just do the cats so i'm guessing i should go with the 2.3 inch pully but will that give me a good increase in hp and in boost? where should i get this pully at?

That'* pretty much the only source for pulleys for the Series 1 L67'* from 92-95.
A 2.2 or 2.3" pulley will net you about 25hp and even more torque (perhaps 35-40ft/lbs) IF you have a supporting intake and exhaust.
