Default intake

A guy here has some 92 buick regals(L27 I believe) tuned port injection, I already am getting the coils, ecm and brackets from him for $20

Now he is willing to sell the intake, tb, injectors, all sensors. It'* almost all ready to come out as the whole front clip is off My question is would i need a reprogrammed computer and any new wiring? I believe this intake will bolt to my heads there may be a couple slight diffrences, but that will get figured out.

I only seen the car for a few minutes today, everything under the hood is clean. What would all these parts be worth also?(I would be getting the whole top of the motor minus the heads) because he is not decided on a price yet, although he is letting it all go cheap.
I know this will only be a 5hp gain correct? possibly better throttle response? and better looks! For the price of these parts costing me including gaskets would be under $100 assuming i dont any programming done. If I do need programming done, well more money.

Also I have now received a set of manifolds and crossover off another 90' buick, they will be ported, cleaned up and reinstalled. these may go good with the tuned port injection intake setup?

Thanks for the help and input! you guys know more than anyone on the net about this 3800 stuff, or I think anyway
