Default Installed Front mani & L67 tb

Yep i got some goodies in the mail today and installed them.
The L67 tb was pretty easy, i made a gasket otta paper gasket to compensate for the mismatched coolant passages and it dosen't sound/feel like i got any vac leaks.
The front ported mani i got from WPI and was a strait forward install.
I'm pretty happy with the results.
I got some pics commin but i have to fill up the rest of the disposeable.

I did the TB first then drove to my friends house to do the mani install b/c i don't own an 13 mm socket. I definatley felt some gains on the way to my friends.... Then after the mani i was smiling.

If any L36ers need info on installing the L67 tb just lemme know. Your gonna probably need a afc..

Hmmm... did you happen to measure the L67 TB port? I'd be interested in knowing that.

Otherwise, Great work and I'm always happy to hear about your mods.

A stock L67 TB should be 69mm. The ZZP ported version is 72mm.

Are you planning on doing the rear manifolds? How is the quality of yours? I plan on getting a set from WPI soon.

The WPI'* are definatley high quality.
I got mine media blasted and painted w/ black high temp paint.
If you want to wait a little i took pics of the mani including a nice view of the ports.

For the rear i've got a zzp ceramic coated mani and cross-over. I got these over at clubgp about a month or so ago off someone who was goin turbo. They wanted to keep thier front mani.
Heres a bad pic of the rear:
