Hello all,
I had a mechanic swap a 96 engine into my 95 Bonneville SSE.
It ran great for a while and not it is doing all of the things that point to PCM failure.
Do you replace with the PCH for the 95 or for the 96?
Thanks for all your help.
Dan

96+ is OBD2 and completely different as far as pcms go.
Any 96+L36 will swap into your 95 n/a SSE correctly if you swap the following from your 95 onto the donor:
knock sensors
coolant temp sensor
oil level sensor
engine harness
PCV cap
rear exhaust manifold
throttle body with sensors
Vac stuff
