If I can I'd rather soder and shrink wrap, but the only thing that stuff is good for in my opinion, is MINOR stero installation. Good idea, I just wouldn't do it in the bay with heat being an issue.

SO far this stuff is still holding up really well , the heat from the engine has no effect on the stuff. I even used it on the injector wires, no problems. Makes everything look neat and clean too. No complaints here, yet
