Its a CART racing engine. Runs on ethanol to I assume?

umm... that thing puts out over 300 ft-lbs of torque...
But you look at the HP and its about 2X that. How is that possible? Arnt torque and HP closely related/almost the same thing? How do you build it like that?

Yes it does, but so does a modded L67. A 4.9 with an ATI blower will be double that at a more usable RPM too. Not trying to disagree boat, just that engine is not quite practical for what I think is needed. Just other options are out there that that provides a much better solution for power.
