But you look at the HP and its about 2X that. How is that possible? Arnt torque and HP closely related/almost the same thing? How do you build it like that?
umm... that thing puts out over 300 ft-lbs of torque...

umm... that thing puts out over 300 ft-lbs of torque...
so say this engine made 850 HP@17,000 RPM
that would = 262.6 ft-lbs@17,000 RPM
HP is a function of torque and engine speed
