I need a chip
From the mods you listed, you do not have mods that require a custom dyno tune. There are hundreds of other SSEi and GTP owner'* that have done the same modifications as you and have not required a custom chip. The only way you need a custom chip with dyno tuning is if you throw out the Eaton blower like Scott Cook did, replace it with a Whipple, and run 20 psi of boost, you need a custom chip to run the bigger fuel injectors and probably changed out MAF. The mods you have listed, you have done a tune up.
superchips [ther local distributer} said i would pay $300.

You are stuck because you are in the transition years between OBD I and OBD II plus the Series I / II swap. You are kind of stuck in your own little world. Maybe we should start a 1995 Bonneville N/A performance section?
We no longer offer custom programming for 95 and older GM'*. Try FastChip @ 918-446-3019. Thanks for your interest in our product.
