From the mods you listed, you do not have mods that require a custom dyno tune. There are hundreds of other SSEi and GTP owner'* that have done the same modifications as you and have not required a custom chip. The only way you need a custom chip with dyno tuning is if you throw out the Eaton blower like Scott Cook did, replace it with a Whipple, and run 20 psi of boost, you need a custom chip to run the bigger fuel injectors and probably changed out MAF. The mods you have listed, you have done a tune up.

mabey your super charger has someting to do with it .
I would get a second opinion maby even a 3rd.
lots of opinions on superchips most are not good.
