I have not had a chance to get fully into it, but it appears that the STS springs will fit the Bonneville, but it has not been confirmed. The mounts are the same, so they will definitely mate up to the struts/control arms, but i do not know what differences there is in spring height.

I would recommend the Latter because i Know that Ed has both Front struts and springs from a 00 SSEi, and i also knows that he as the rear springs

I would also say that if you are going to go with a lowered spring it might be in your best interest to replace the struts anyways..
sometimes after changing springs the struts go bad it makes sense money wise and safety wise to change them as a pair..

Oh yeah, if I do any suspension work, I'm definately getting new struts.
1993 SLE, gotcha on the FE1, etc.... Same way with the W-body'*. Most people just opt out for the FE3 or HD parts when redoing there stuff, no nil effects (well, usually they have a 4x4 stance afterwards).
I'll probably go with a set of Bilsteins if they are available. I've had KYB-GR2'* on my old Z34(lowered with ST springs), and the ride was harsh. I'm looking to drop it and pick up a bit better handling, yet not suffer on ride quality too much. Hell... those Edelbrock springs should work fine, but I may go with a medium to softer stiffness shock/strut to lessen the ride harhness, since I do a TON of highway driving.
