Isn't that strange how at 5,252 RPM, horsepower is equal to torque, always??

No, not at all. Horsepower is derived from Torque.

HP= (Torque in Ft/lb x RPM)/5250

So No it'* not weird at all!

sry, but your formula is wrong, HP = torque in ft/lb x RPM / 5252

you put "/ 5250" it is "/ 5252"

i know 2 RPM isn't that much of a difference, but it is a difference

I've been told it'* 5250 and i saw that in an AET book a kid has. Maybe i have bad memory...But someone posted that # too...
