Does anyone know where I can get a horsepower chip for my Bonneville?

its called a powertrain control module, you need to send your PCM to get reprogramed if you are modded.

But seriously, you'll be able to get a good aftermarket PCM for $100-$200 depending on your vendor. Check out the performance links in Techinfo for recommended vendors. Or, if you have the cash, invest in a tuning software package and learn how to custom tune your car for every new mod you add. Ultimately, if you're going to get into the performance game, it seems a tuning package is the best bang for the buck.
