every .1you drop in pulley size gains you 1lb of boost......
If you drop to a 3.5 you might gain 15hp at the crank however a 3.4 will only put you at 10hp over stock, because you have 6* of KR, cancels out any extra boost.

Correct.. KR pulls timing and reduces HP output.
However.. running super unleaded (92-93 octane), good intake, good exhaust.. and a 3.4 you should be good. That is pretty close to my mods in the beginning and it'* quite a difference.
You mention doing this around Decemeber.. I am assuming a cooler climate as I am typing and can't see where you are. There'* very little KR at 0F
You will need to rescan as it warms up in the spring.
