that looks freakin' sweet!!! but i think that the two small ones might be overkill (in looks anyway but im sure they will help cool alot)

on a side note and for anyone else doing something like this....you should cover you windsheald and anyother glass from the sparks because they can (surprisingly) melt right into glass and if they melt in deep enough they wont pick out and will start to rust.

Anyway , again looks great ...i cant wait to see the final product

I think they look great!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see the other two.

I don't think I could bring myself to do that unless I had a backup hood

dang... you beat me to it. I got 2 sets of those here, but haven't had the balls to cut my hood, nor the cash to grab another one to play with.

There is a GTA in the yard here with a set of the large still in it (smalls are in my garage) which I might be grabbing when I go. They are a pain to get off the car.

I would like measurements Will, so I know how to measure for mine.

I just spent ten minutes trying to figure out how to view a picture on my 2-color screen telephone. Didn't happen. But I did find I could log on to Verizon'* website and see it there. I found an in-progress pic of the first cut!!

I assume Bill sent it to me yesterday, but my phone was off, I guess.

When you see where the other two are going, you'll see how they complete the look and function.

Also, the sparks were fully cooled before ever getting to the WS. This is a dinky dremel, not a die-grinder. Besides, I have a $50 glass deductible, and typically get a new WS every two years.

not gonna lie... not really sure that i like it...at most i would keep it as is... no more for sure...

the paint to match will make it look way better...

i think i also would have done them more towards the sides, like right over the wheelwells

that takes balls though

When the whole hood and vents are primed and sealed (all one color) you'll really see the effect. As far as vent placement is concerned, there are limited options. You have to put them where they fit.

The two narrow vents are going WAY up front. The two you see installed were placed there specifically for the purpose of getting the hot rear manifold heat outta there. Farther out to the sides would mean too far forward for that.
