Default Hogan 3inch down pipe & converter question

Is this worth getting. I only have a 3.4 pulley, 180 thermostat & Thrasher cold air intake. Will I lose low end performance.

I bought the bolt in converter and am very happy with it. But whether you should get it or not is up to you. I honestly can't see a L67 losing much bottom end torque because of the down pipe; you would more then make up the difference up top. But unless you need the converter to be replaced I would suggest taking that money and spending it on ported manifolds or saving towards headers.
