So in an attempt to try anything I removed the afc.......hey the idle went down?
Check the scanner and all looked normal too? Ltft were sitting at +1 in park and dropped to -1 while in drive (brake held). I just scanned again as pmom has been running around town today and everything is in check, no afc and idle, maf, O2'* are all good?
Afc'* and bonne'* dont seem to mix well and for some odd reason the pcm can take in all the info from the ported tb and run just fine?
I'm going to take my stock tb with me just in case though, you never know

If you are pulling more air the O2 sensor will see it and adjust the fuel accordingly.
Yes had it out tonite with no afc, made several hard launches and a few high speed runs. No problems what so over and good clean scan....bit of kr at 5k in 2nd but settled quickly, I only have 91 octane couldnt find better :?
I would reset the PCM by disconnecting the battery for 3 minutes. Since the AFC is now gone, the reset will put the LTFTs back to zero and start the learning process using new values instead of stored values.
Make sure to do a scan rolling into WOT at between 48 & 64 MPH, log the MAF frequency, MAP in Kpa, LTFT, STFT, O2 value, IPW, TPS %, MPH and RPM.
Let us know...
Cheers,
