Who has them?
THinking about getting them, friend got them for his century and it seems they do not have enough power to start up sometimes, he has to turn them off and on until they turn on.

unless your going to Do a Projector Retrofit, Dont bother, because your going to Blind people and your not going to get 100% brightness.

I tryed some in my stock houseing just to see how bad they where, Its like having 100Watt highbeems on, every driver will get T'd off at you

You're better off with the 9006 (high beam bulb) instead of 9005 bulb trick like I did (and some others). Here'* a link to one thread about it

Oh, and the numbers above might be wrong for the bulb numbers...

someone did do a retrofit with projectors in a 2000+, but i cant find any reference to it anymore.

its not to hard to do a retrofit along as you know how to work with making brackets and stuff, and you have space behind the housing to put it.

If i can find my brother ill having him chim in, hes has been doing ALOT of resreachon HID'* and he put them in his 02 Jeep. They look VARY GOOD! and dont blind people.

By taking you stock headlights and putting in projectors,

Heres my brothers jeep with the HIDS, you can see what they look like those arnt stock Headlights but he did put alot better projectors in them.

Funny, a HID equipped car blinds me with or without projectors. :?

that because they dont have them adjusted right, when you have HID projectors for HID housing that are ment for them, there will be a sharpe cut off of light and if the drive has them adjusted right it will not bling u unless the car is coming over a hill or something.

You should drive infront of the ol' 98 at night, especially when you had the first set of HID in there...
