Remember that it won't make a HUGE difference. Every little bit helps. (the performance of the lights is what'* a huge diff!) That Series2 SC cover is a biggie too. Have you seen the mesh mod on them? Either do that or remove it completely. It'* trapping heat on top of the SC. SC heats up, heats the coolant and block. Your coolant runs up through the lower intake, through the SC, and through the TB before going back out.

Forgot to ask....are you running just the stock cooler, or an aftermarket? I have the stock cooler and ADDED another. I know 97 didn't get one at all. Not sure about 96.

the tranny cooler was added after I bought it. I only have one, so I guess 96 did not have one stock either.

When are we going to see a picture of your ADTR tattoo? Due to the location, perhaps we don't want to see a picture.

Also, I have a question about the tranny coolers. Never had experience with these (4-bangers with manuals, not so much with the stressed trannies). My car is a 97, so I'm assuming it doesn't have one
