Exactly my problem too!!!

Efficiency- Doesn't matter once you Mod it up, GAS MPG'* are what they are. Today 14.2 mpgs
Perfomance- TOG ceramic headers, Intense 3rdGen 1.9 Rockers, Stg 2 HVTB and custom DHP. Oh ya a LSD and slicks too

Efficiency: INTENSE Gen III rockers
Performance: 3.25 Pulley
Cosmetic: Silverstars

What I want
Efficency: 100 octane racing fuel on tap, all the time
Performance: Cam, intercooler, mp112 sc with 2.7 pulley
cosmetic: ram air hood, underbody neon, license plate of i8urv8

Performance: My right foot on floor
Cosmetic: Wax on car makes my car look good, roof on vent mode, tire wet on tires, and a bra purchase in spring

Efficiency: CAI routed into my gutted airbox, with an enlarged opening that continues to just under the rad support, and no metal under/behind the headlight to the filter(damn i wish i had a digi cam.)
Performance: superchip (raised/firmer shifts, w/ 20 ft-lb crank tq)
Cosmetic: everything i'm about to do

Efficiency: I don't get much of that in winter. My car warms up for 10 minutes. But the intake does help.
Performance: Intake (soon to be CAI) & exhaust together (wish I had a SC)
Cosmetic: My car'* pimp from the factory
But I'd say it'* a tie between Eyebrows and Angel Eye Fogs (and maybe gold grill)
