OK...here is the latest update. Last week, while working on Ben'* car, Eric (from Pacesetter) stopped by. I asked him and he said they are working on their next offering for the 3800 community.

The next set will have smaller primaries than their current set, and they will have a 2.5" collector instead of the the 3" that they currently sell. I am on the list for a set of the smaller ones once they are ready. I assume the basic general shape will be the same between both sets, but the the tubes will be smaller.

Again, last I heard is that they were unaware of anyone trying them in an H-body. Once I get the go ahead, I will post up when and do my best to provide information and pictures on any fitment issues that we run across.

Sounds great for the n/a community. They typically have a lower budget to begin with.

I don't have an H-body though. The 2000+ is the G-body. We have a lot more room behind the engine than the previous bodies. I can't see any reason why the 3" wouldn't fit in there compared to the 2.5". Maybe I will be the first to try it.

There are many 2000 owners here with both types of these headers. (SLP and Togs), I know for a fact that they fit fine. On the body.. you may want to check your vin.

Go for it...do it for the club You can do the 3" in the 2000+ and I will do the 2.5" in the 96-99. This way we can begin compiling needed information for future modders.

Sounds like a good plan. Apparently I am the only one, or at least the first one, that has swapped a L67 into a 2000+, so I am a trend setter . Here I come 3"ers

The 3" TOGs will fit yours, as they did mine, just fine.

You have an H body, just like mine.
