I know I saw a chart comparing all the available 3800 headers... anybody know where I can find it? I did a "header" search for threads here at BC, but no dice. I swear I just saw it a couple weeks ago...

Depends on your application. If I got those Pacesetters I would have to spend another $1000 in mods just to flow enough air for them to be worth it! But for an L67 they would be nice.

Otherwise, it seems like *&* is easily the best choice for the L36 crowd

The quality is subpar. The slip fit joints are extremely loose. We had to have an exhaust shop bump the inside ends to help correct the 1/8 inch gap. The clamps that come with them are certainly not strong enough to clamp the slip fit joints together. The downpipe flex joint is not quite the correct angle to mate squarely and when drawn to fit by the bolts leaves a slight tension on the flex assembly. The gaskets are a joke (paper manifold gaskets? wtf?) and instead of an 02 extension cable they give you wire to cut your own cable and splice it together (and we all now how important a correct 02 reading is). If you are on an absolute budget these are better than PEM'* but by far the worst quality headers I have seen for the 3800.

I thought someone had just recently installed the pacesetters on a Bonne, and were impressed. I don't remember who though.

I had SLP'* before. If I did it again I'd go with TOGs hands down. I've seen them in action before (installation process) and its much cleaner.
