GXP Turbo Video...
Yup, after closer inspection that'* not a Northstar under the hood.
I was very curious how they reprogrammed the ECM. I've heard its
next to impossible.
I was under the assumption the only turbo that would work in a gxp
was one of those rear mount Squires Turbos (STS).

Several old members said they were going that route, but never went through with it. I gave it a thought, but for the price, I wasn't going to be a paying guinea pig. LOL THe electronics in the GXP are nonflashable. Not next to impossible, totally impossible. $2000 is alot of money for what amounts to minimal boost and no way of knowing how the GXP well deal with it.

I'd try it, but I am not an ECM expert. My B-I-L is very talented with ECM'*.
I'll have to talk to him. He programmed my father in laws 600 ci, fuel injected,
blown race engine. YouTube - 1971 Ford Ranchero - 600-inch-8-71 - Dyno#1
