Finally, remember, the G-Tech gives a perfect reaction time, unlike the track
Reaction time has absolutely no effect on your E.T. You could sit there for 20 seconds and still run a 15.XXX. It doesn't start timing until your car hits the beams. Reaction time doesn't mean much of anything if you aren't bracket racing.

O.K., there is one MAJOR problem with this test and that is the conditions. 90*F!! 80% humidity! thats insane. Most cars run at their peak at around 65*F and most cars are tested there as well. Heck, they probably had the AC blasting as well. I've never seen such poor test conditions like that on a respectable auto magizine before. You're G tech was right. Most 93'* */C'd run 0-60 @ 7.5s, and 16sec@ 89mph in the quater.

fantastic88--> I have the same article at home and yeah, the test conditions were pretty poor. Maybe they left the parking brake on too . I'll G-Tech it again once this snow and rain clears up over the next couple of days.

road and track sucks
their numbers are always slower than other magazines
it might be because theyre just bad drivers, or in the back it says they dont really do agressive starts and they 2 two runs in opposite directions and average them out

i just listen to motor trend and car and driver

but even better is gm high tech performance magazine

dbtk2 i ran my bonne at the track the first weekend that i owned it. Come to find out a bunch of stuff was messed up and i has no low end power. I solved this by pulling the TB off and cleaning it and replacing and cleaning the sensors. Man did this ever bring the car to life. So i am hoping to make it back these spring to see what will run.

Here is my Track slip(TIMES ARE BEFORE I FIXED PROBLEMS)(CAR NUMBER IS 3249)
