how much of a power gain do you get from rockers, and would they be worth it with the mods in my sig, or should i do other things before considering them

The GM bolts are 15 lbft = 90* and no lock tight needed because GM already has stuff on the threads.

What does the ER stand for? sorry, I'm a bonneville rookie.
