i got my muffler from www.fle-online.com
i plan to order from them again if i can ever afford mods, right now id rather have a stock car with gas in it.
i used Magnaflow Part # 12555
which is 2.25" in and out...center/offset...the handy thing about magnaflows is they are usualy reversible.

the stock piping on an SE is 2.25inch unless its equipped with the N10 exhaust package.
no major modifcations had to be done to mine, i kept the stock talpipe, or should i say lack thereof, you couldnt see the tail pipe on my car unless you got under it and looked..and i liked it that way

That muffler won't work on his car.
Get the 2.5" inlet crossflow with dual 2.5" outlets, and have 2.5 to 2.25 adapters welded on for your outlets, or simply have custom 2.5" outlets made.
I have an identical setup (nearly) to the one you posted, only my resonator is different. VERY big.
Magnaflow cat, Magnaflow resonator, Magnaflow muffler.
You can keep your stock resonator if you like. It'* not a restriction.
