boy oh boy does that rear look like 95nasta old rear. Are you sure it is off a 1997, because if it his old one then it is made for a 1995 and can only fit on a 1995 because of the lip. I think it is his because the lip is bent a little and i remember in his picture it was bent like that.

Guys.....
The manifolds are 95-96, But as we all know there is always a possibility that GM had some of the manifolds left and used the remainder on the very early 97'*... But just for sake Boost needs the 97-99 manifold... Looks like a genuine mistake to me... The GP rear manis had a diffrent bend at the rear as compared to our H bodies... But we know what we need because we have seen diffrent manifolds in our quest to have ported manifolds that a lot of the W body owners have done..
Boost keep up on the outcome

Bill, isn't it possible to contact a dealer and get your window sticker and build date based on VIN? Maybe that could be useful in the long towards predicting which manifolds are required?

Duh Pat, we know he'* a 97 and that'* not the point. The point is WHEN was it built? Maybe we can find a pattern among 97s when they received the 95-96 manifolds.
