Default Flow matched injectors

Exactly how are injectors flow matched. Been following the porting of the LIM the last few days. Very interesting. I did that to an old GTI back in my pocket rocket days. Gains were impressive...Butt dyno speaking. I did not plan on getting pem'*. Are they really necessary with porting the LIM. With the other mods I have planned
1) er rockers
2) fwi
3) thrasher shift kit
4) 180* drilled stat (one Hole) per cold climate
5) pcm from intense
..... Does anyhting need to be done to the TB
Am also going to be taking care of the UIM / egr stove pipe isue
6) also thinking of getting the after market tps with slotted holes for voltage adjustment.
&) eventually high flow cat and muffler for sound and tips for looks
How will I know if I have KR in stock form? Is a scan tool needed?
Am I in good form for my planned mods? Actually hoping to take care of it all at once. Waht is my expected down time. Have a work truck to tool around in so I won't be stranded. Will there be PCM issues with doing it all at once? If the porting of the LIM is successful I plan as doing this as well. Expected gains from above mods?

Comments. Sorry if this is off topic. Looking for tips from the pros.

Your mods listed sounds good so far, ported exhaust manifolds would compliment everything listed very well, as for your TPS, instead of paying for the adjustable, ours already are, you just need to drill it open. Info for TPS modification is here: http://www.geocities.com/carnutguy/c...hancement.html

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought KR was only worried about in SC'd motors?

I think if you took your time and did it all right probably a couple good afternoons to get everything done nicely.

You may have to send your PCM out, so that may cause more downtime. someone else will know that better here.

Bill,
Sweet. I got the shift kit today. Ever done one? I got the thrasher shift kit. Planning on stage 2. Played with engines. Not with trannys. Am considering a tranny shop. What do you think they would charge? Or should I do it myself?

If you've got the tools, do the shift kit yourself:

Only part that will freak you out is ensuring the hard tranny lines are in right. Take photos before you remove the accumulator.
