I got the Flowmaster 80 series, I love it! The idle is awesome, I have had many uninformed motorists ask, "is that a V8?" Ok well maybe not many but some! Anyway, I love mine and Honestly, I could tell a diff immediatly in performance. Maybe not alot, but some!

I had to decide a while back between Magna'* and Flowmasters.. I went for performance over sound, If you just look inside the mufflers you can tell there is a difference.. Magna'* are basically straight through, while the flows have some weird kinks in there. Even the muffler shop owner said magnaflows are better by far for performance. Flows do sound mean though.

Right, but anything aftermarket is going to give you better performance.

I had both, differances are minimal, go with what you want to sound better. I have the flowmaster in right now. The magnaflow i had before.

And that'* not to say that the magnaflow sounds bad because i dont think it did. It all depends on what kind of sound you want, the magnaflow had a raspy sound and the flowmaster has a smoother lower tone. Performance though, tests show that the magnaflow does perform better but i never noticed a differance swithching from magnaflow to flowmaster
