Has anyone ever used one of these? I've heard that they actually do work. It somehow changes the structure of the gasoline and acts kind of like an octain booster and adds to your MPG. I was just wondering if anyone has ever used one of these or had even heard of them.

It'* BS, just like Zmax, the fuel line magnets, and all that other crap. In case you don't believe me, I have a 'magic coil' to replace your 2/5 coil that will add 44 horsepower to cylinders 3 and 8.
