I've been looking at the Intense Level 1 kit and feel that would be the best way to go. Since I can't use the CAI in that kit, I figure I can just make one like the 3" set up on Ebay. What size pulley would be the one to get ?
I'd also like to put on a high flow cat & exhaust. I would like a somewhat quiet exhaust, I don't want this to sound like some riced out Civic. What exhaust would be quiet, or just a little louder then stock ?
What kind of gains can I expect ?
Once it gets cooler out, I'll be taking it to the strip to get some baseline numbers.

i think the size pulley to get is 2.2 i am not sure on this but that is what most people are running i think i will have to search to verify this
For the series II start out with a 3.4 pulley.
For exhaust if you just change out the catalytic converter and muffler it'll sound better, and not terribly loud. Keep the resonator for sure. The piping is perfect for your application.

Because to keep the volume and raspyness down and mellow it out l ike he wants keeping the res will do him good.
For pulleys you want these for first mods.
92-93 2.2"
94-95 2.5"
96+ 3.4" (3.3 on race gas)
