is intense ever going to make or have any plans to make chips for the 95 & 96 models?

No. INTENSE focuses on the Series 2 with the 4T65E trans. You can contact them, but every time they've been asked, the answer is no. There'* not much market there. This would include the 94 hybrid PCM, also.

I know smellbird had some sort of module, but now he runs an Intense PCM.

Huh, you're right. I wonder why I have an Intense PCM on a 1997 with the 4T60E and they can't do one for the 1996 with the 4T60E. I wouldn't think the code would be much different. Both are OBDII, and use the same sensors and layout. My 4T60E is screaming out the 6000 rpm WOT shift points now (let'* see how long this one lasts)
