A few simple CAI questions

Does it ruin the tip? Was it difficult to keep the hole round, or is this not all that important?

Just swirl it around and test fit from time to time, then wipe the tip occasionally with a damp rag as you go.

That is the same way I did mine.
As long as you've got a good fit,it can be a little out of round.
