I contacted http://www.extrudehone.com/ about extrude honing my upper intake manifold with the ZZP high velocity intake insert attached.
Here is a picture of my upper intake manifold:

Here is a picture of the ZZP insert:

The ZZP insert replaces the intake runners seen here:

This makes the intake runners shorter. I think the flow could be increased through the plenum especally at the mouth of the intake runners (top of the ZZP insert)
If I could have this done for under $300, do you guys thionk it would be worth it?

Wow, That'* pretty cool, But I don't think you should spend for it. You can get to the inside of your parts, Use that to your advantage/

They can't do it for composite intake manifolds.
