Ok so now I have my 2.5 80 series flowmaster now I'm opening up the rest of the exhaust. I want to do the front manifold with a log ceramic coating, ceramic coated cross over, and a down pipe to high flow cat. questions are as follows.
1. will the high temp and velocity from the front hurt the rear manifold or heads
2. A high flow cat will that screw with my srs light
3. What order should I do this so I don't put unneeded stress on new or old parts.

I know I'm asking alot if you want to type it that'* awesome or can talk on the phone I'm always up for learning. I'm also assuming some tuning will be involved. Is it bad for my car to run with the new stuff while not tuning it?

By opening the exhaust, you are eliminating back pressure and subsequently helping the motor to be more efficient and to work less harder.

I know some hi-flo cat'* trip the SES lights on 2000+ vehicles, but I'm not sure if its a legitimate problem for your year.

As far as the order that you mod your vehicle, you will get several different suggestions from different people. But, allowing the engine to inhale and exhale better is usually the first and best step.

Ceramic coating exhaust parts will not create more heat. The coating will help the parts retain heat longer, and resist rust.

I run the high flow cat form ZZ performance, no problems here.

what high flow cat will not trip the ses light on 2000+? been looking but not sure

So I was on ZZP looking at the down pipes. They have the their normal ones and ones for bonnevilles. I mean might sound dumb but do I need to spend the extra for the bonneville one or can I get the normal one?

The one for the Bonnie is bent specifically for the Bonneville. Spend the money...it will eliminate hassles during the install.

I ran a Magnaflow universal HF cat w/o issues on my 97. 2000 is when the system was ratcheted down for emissions.
