ok the local muffler shop said that they would delete the mufflers and put 2 1/4 (which is already what is going out to the y and then 13/4 out too the muffler and tips) out straight piped for 50.00. does this sound reasonable and how will the bonny sound with no mufflers(keep in mind i have 3 kids that ride in this car also)? i'm leaving the resinator for right now.

You need a muffler setup hands down.

Series II are higher pitched, and don't "rumble" like the series I do most of the time, makes it harder
