Hows the resonance in the cabin in real life? Is it annoying after an extended period of time?
Seems like the raspyness is gone, is that only in neutral reving?

The raspiness is just a neutral revving thing. The resonance is quite noticable, but that is what my stereo system is for.

Sounds nice.
These 3800'* can put out a nice sound with the right exhuast.
deja vu... I just scrolled down to see what you used for parts and it looked all to familiar, except the pipe size. Since mine is a similar setup I know how nice that sounds in person, and how much the neighbors must hate it when you rev it up.
