Don't pay more than $300 in parts. You won't need to.
Installation may put you over. 95nasta has the estimates, 50-70 for cat, same for muffler, however that'* on eBay, easily $400-$500 if you bought from jegs or summit.

Measure the amount of straight pipe you have, count the bends, and find the amount for that material. Then estimate 30 to 45 bucks for 2 welds.
