Default ER Rockers are in!

Me and my brother just finished installing my er rockers from zzp. It took us about 2 and a half hours to do it. Not a bad job to do. We let it idle for a while to listen for anything wrong.... sounded great. So we took it out for about a 15-20 mile drive normal and then went WOT a few times. Truthfully i didnt notice any difference at all. It even feels a little sluggish down low. It was wet out (raining) and i couldnt even spin the tires from a 20 roll. Any ideas on what could be wrong. Does the pcm have to learn them or something?

It will take a day or so to learn them. After that you will feel a difference.

You should really get a scan tool so you don't have to guess whats goin on.

TJ, can you tell us which ratio of rocker you installed AND whether they are the non-adjustable OR adjustable rockers?

IIRC he installed 1.84s non-adjustable.

Granted the car needs to learn them, but once the exhaust is taken care of he will notice the full potential.

First a scan tool is my next invesment. The rockers are called er rockers and the ratio is undisclosed. They are modified stock rockers. I know that when i open the exhaust up then i will get alot more out od the rockers.
