Any other interest here? It would be fun to share this dyno tune experience with some other club members.

Doug and I will be arriving at Intense'* shop around noon this Friday. I've requested that they do a scan on my car and diagnose the cause of my KR, just to make sure we're not missing anything important before we hit the dyno at 6pm. The invitation is still open for anyone who would like to meet us in Ohio and check out Intense'* operation. I would love to meet a few BC members from the mid-Eastern part of the US, so come on out if you're interested.

Scanning is always a great idea, but in your case the KR issues you're having aren't going to pose a problem on the dyno. In your current configuration you don't experience any KR at WOT from a standing start, while we didn't see the O2 values...the Knock Sensors don't lie.

Be sure to post up some scans you're able to make with Intense, be curious to see.

I know I seem paranoid about getting this thing scanned.... I just want to do everything in my power to make sure this car is running as flawlessly as possible. I don't want to waste my time and money trying to tune a motor that needs some new sensors or other small parts, so I want Scott to take a look at it for my peace of mind.

I will definitely be posting the scan results, as well as the dyno charts. Thanks for all the help thus far, Foghorn. You seem to be the only guy I've talked to so far who knows a lot about this 'flash KR' issue, and I probably would have gone crazy trying to track down a mechanical reason for the KR. You saved me a lot of time and worry.

Friday is almost here. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I don't know what to expect out of this car.
